Many people don’t realize what fire companies consist of. Both firefighters and social members go through a lot together. Our fire company is blessed to have so many firefighters and social members who we all consider family. This weekend, the Slocum Township Volunteer Fire Company held its annual Friendsgiving celebration. Every year, this dinner provides an opportunity for members to celebrate the holiday with their second family. Although some members were unable to attend, those who could gathered around for the bonding time they cherish so much ❤️. The event was filled with laughter, gratitude, and a sense of community, highlighting the strong bonds that unite the members of the fire company. It’s a reminder of the dedication and camaraderie that define the Slocum Township Volunteer Fire Company. Thank you to all our members for their unwavering commitment and to everyone who supports our fire company. We look forward to many more celebrations together!
